The right layer of Sample Box 2023 features four main materials: wood, plastic, printing, and fabric. We have organized these four materials into different categories for you. We offer a range of plastic materials, including heat-resistant PVC, durable PP with good toughness, rigid PS, acrylic, and ABS. We offer various types of wooden materials such as pine, beech, maple, and more. The prices of different materials vary, and each material can be customized to suit your preferences.
Let's explore the world of these game materials in more depth. The gray boards are the materials used for a 4-layer punchboard. The manufacturing process for the 4-layer punchboard can be quite challenging as it needs to meet requirements such as improving its durability and preventing it from delaminating. In order to improve these functions, the IE team, the QA team, and the factory worker team need to carry out repeated tests. Furthermore, thanks to the assistance of our ten fully automated BOBST die-cutting machines, we are able to achieve fast, accurate, and intricate die-cutting. This guarantees that our products adhere to the most stringent quality requirements.
