The middle layer of the Sample Box includes a variety of innovative game pieces. The interactive miniature, with its electronic base, is a standout feature that adds a special flair to gameplay with its colourful shine. The cloth bag, which is a unique game piece from the Castle of Burgundy, is crafted from 380 Pu leather, with a lining made of environmentally friendly beige brown leather. The cloth bag, made with special materials, can stand on the table without needing any external force. This provides customers with a convenient and immersive gameplay experience. The surface pattern is achieved by using specialised ink that prevents moulding through two rounds of screen printing. These effects are designed to enhance the customer's tactile and gameplay experience. Our wooden dice boxes and engraved dice are designed to enhance the aesthetics of gameplay with their engraving design. The wooden dice boxes not only provide convenient storage for dice but also make it easier for us to locate specific dice due to their engraved design. The patterns and text created with this technology are incredibly delicate, and the flawless quality is evident in the product's appearance. The magnet board offered by Eastar can be folded on all four sides and has magnets built into each side. Players of the game have the ability to place the chess pieces directly onto the three-dimensional magnet board. This gaming experience is absolutely brand new! In order to demonstrate various gaming experiences and the potential for production, we will be showcasing magnet boards made from PU and grey boards, respectively. But that's not all; we also have some other creative game pieces to show you, like digitally printed cards, 4-layer punchboards, a foldable magnetic box, and resin spheres.
All of the game pieces in the sample box for 2023 are made using advanced technologies and techniques. Eastar uses digital press machines and various processes, including pre-color measurement, paper feeding, printing, automatic colour calibration, and quality assurance, for digitally printed cards. By following all of these steps, it is possible to control the final overprint error to within 0.06mm. Eastar game manufacturing also offers personalised customization services. We have laser engraving technology that can be used on a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, leather, and more, to meet different design needs. Laser-engraved patterns and text are resistant to wear and fading, ensuring that the products are durable and of high quality.
