C. C2S: A layer of white slurry is coated on the original paper and made by pressing light It is divided into one-sided copper sheet paper and two-sided copper sheet paper. The one-sided copper sheet paper can be painted on one side. It can be printed in color.
D. Special Paper: Also known as Artpaper, it is a rich variety of paper, rich in color and unique pattern, that needs special machining equipment and process. It can be used as the underprint of the box and printed in the text.

2. How to choose the technology of the box?
Surface treatment methods are: lamination (glossy lamination and matt lamination), varnish (gloss varnish and matt varnish), local UV varnish, linen finish, hot stamping, and varnish do not appear at the same time, lamination and UV can appear at the same time, and first lamination and then UV. 3. How to choose the most economical approach for the box?
For the set up box, the height of the outer box is usually recommended not to exceed 140mm, which is the most economical. For the stiffness of the box, the thicker the gray board, the higher the relative. You can choose according to your needs, for higher requirements of stiffness, please choose more than 2mm greyboard.
If the overall design of the box pattern is dark black, we recommend the box with anti-scratch matte lamination, which can reduce the appearance of poor quality. For boxes above 250*250mm, we generally recommend a 2mm grayboard, the material is 157g C2S + 2mm greyboard, the size of the bottom of the box is 6mm smaller than the box lid. For boxes below 250*250mm, we recommend a 157g C2S + 1.5mm grayboard, the size of the bottom of the box is 5mm smaller than the box lid.
For magnetic box: It needs to be set according to the weight range of the customer's product. Normally, a magnetic box is paired with a pair of iron sheets and magnetic to ensure the suction force. The magnet's magnetic force setting is normally recommended to be N42 or higher. For corrugated boxes: good structural buffering performance, which can satisfy the packaging items to the greatest extent under the premise of reducing costs, and reducing the quality problems caused by collisions during transportation. For white cardboard: The most common packaging used in window or counter displays. If the accessories are small in size and light in weight, such as card packaging, the white card box is the best solution for a single set of cards or a single set of miniatures. If there is a need for hanging pictures, the white card box is the most convenient way, with a reasonable structure for hanging pictures to facilitate your sales. If you need to display internal products, the white card box also facilitates the design of display windows, allowing consumers to directly see the internal accessories.
